Gemborn is a game that runs inside Telegram as a Mini App (@GembornBot). This page explains what we store about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and we only collect what the game needs to work.
What we store
From Telegram, when you open the game:
- your Telegram user ID, first name, username, profile photo link and language;
- whether you have Telegram Premium;
- the link you came from (for example a friend's invite or an ad), so we can credit the right friend or promo gift.
Your game progress: gold, level, mine, workers, gems, eggs, daily streak, tasks, achievements, weekly challenge scores, friends you invited, and when you last played.
Purchases: what you bought with Telegram Stars or TON, the price, and the payment reference. Stars payments are handled by Telegram. For TON payments we store the transaction hash and the paying wallet address, which are public on the TON blockchain anyway.
Your TON wallet, only if you link it in Settings (we check you own it with a signed TON proof).
Settings: your chosen language and whether game alerts are on.
Technical data:
- which screens of the first session you reached, your device type (iOS, Android, desktop) and screen size, so we can find what confuses new players;
- error reports from the app (the error message and the page it happened on);
- server logs with IP addresses, kept for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
We do not collect your phone number, contacts, messages, location or payment card details.
Why we use it
- to run the game and keep your progress;
- to credit purchases, friend rewards and gifts;
- to send you game alerts in Telegram, only if you turned them on (at most 3 a day, never at night; turn them off anytime in Settings);
- to keep the game fair: detecting cheating, multiple accounts and bots;
- to understand which parts of the game work, using counts across all players.
Other players can see your name on leaderboards and friend lists only in masked form (for example "G***i"), together with your level and score.
Who else handles it
We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers. These services process it for us:

How long we keep it
Your game data stays while your account exists. Server logs are deleted after 30 days, database backups after 14 days on the server, and a copy for disaster recovery for up to 30 days. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
- Alerts: turn them on or off in Settings.
- Your wallet: unlink it in Settings.
- Access or deletion: ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account. Deleting it removes your progress for good and can't be undone.
Children
Gemborn is not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and announce bigger changes in our channel.
